DJ ISHIJIMA

　21世紀が間もなくやってくる15才の夏にテクノブームの洗礼を浴びJeff Mills、Richie Hawtinなどから多大な影響を受けDJをスタート。20代では都内のクラブを中心に活動し現在までにUmek、Valentino kanzyani、Speedy J、Aril Brihka、Mathew Jonson, GREEN VELVETなど多くのアーティストと共演してきた。
 
　2016年にはBen Klock、Ame & Dixonなどのイベントにも出演。また、テクノと和楽器アーティストとのコラボレーションによるプロジェクト[S.I.P.S.]もスタート。宇多田ヒカルのプロデューサーである三宅彰氏にデモ曲を渡したところその楽曲がヨーロッパで配信され、イギリスの音楽メディア "MUSIC WEEK"のCLUBチャートTOP 10に3週連続でチャートインし驚かせた。ヨーロッパ20ｹ所以上のクラブチャートにも登場するなどオリジナルな音楽スタイルを探求する一方、今では当たり前のTRAKTORをいち早く使い始めた世代の一人として、エフェクターを駆使したミニマルミュージックをリアルタイムに構築するスタイルを極め次世代テクノDJの一人として期待される。
 
　2017年、渋谷CONTACTが1周年を迎えた4月に開催するテクノパーティ[ACCUTRON]のレジデントにも就任しGreen Velvet、Umek, Jon Rundell、Loco Dice、DJ Dustinなどを招く。


ISHIJIMA (ACCUTRON/Resident) : When the century was turning, he underwent baptism of the techno boom when he was 15, in summer, and started DJ as he was greatly influenced by Jeff Mills and Richie Hawtin. Since 2005, when he was in his 20’s, he had been doing DJ in clubs (WOMB, AIR etc) in Tokyo mainly and had sessions with many artists including Umek, Valentino Kanzyani, Speedy J, Aril Brihka, Extrawelt, Mathew Jonson.
 
In 2016, he performed in an event of Ben Klock and Ame & Dixon. He also started a new project of collaborating techno with artists of Japanese traditional instruments. As he submitted a demo song to Akira Miyake, a producer of Hikari Utada, it was distributed in Europe, and had been ranked in top 10 of the club chart of Britain’s established music media, MUSIC WEEK, for as long as three weeks to surprise the club music world. While he pursued his own style of music, having been ranked in the charts of more than 20 clubs in Europe, as part of the generation that started using TRAKTOR, which is commonly used today, he perfected the style of building minimal music in real time by using effectors, and regarded as one of the next generation DJs.
 
In 2017, as Shibuya CONTACT celebrates its first anniversary, he has become a resident DJ of the techno party, ACCUTRON!
