2016年も怒涛の勢いで快進撃を約束する、高速 BPM ドラムンベースパーティー 06S！！1月は毎年恒例のレジデント DJ AKi のバースデーバッシュ！そしてゲストアーティストに、ブラジルの英雄、Innerground Records 主宰、DJ Marky が登場！ブラジル・サンパウロを拠点に活躍する、DJ Marky は20年以上もの間、まさに世界のドラムンベース・シーンを代表する DJ / プロデューサーとしてキャリアを積み重ねてきた。これまで幾度となく世界中でパフォーマンスを行ってきたが、今も世界各国の有名クラブ / 大規模フェスティバルからのオファーが絶えず、そのパフォーマンスは幅広い人々を魅了している。また、彼の楽曲は数多くのレーベルからリリースされたコンピレーション・アルバムに収録され、世界のトップ DJ 達に常にヘビープレイされている。彼のレーベル Innerground Records はドラムンベース・シーンにおいて長年の間、最も影響力のある存在として君臨し、彼自身もこれまでに100以上の作品で成功を収め、リミックス・ワークでも Everything but the girl、Fatboy Slim、Claude Von Stroke、Deadmau5 等を手がけ、DJ Marky は現在もシーンの第一線を走り続けている。2015年には遂に、Innerground Records から DJ Marky のデビューアルバムとなる”My Heroes”をリリース。誰もが待望していたこのアルバムは、Marky自身が多大なリスペクトを抱くアーティスト等とのコラボレーション作品が収録され、この上ないドラムンベース作品でありながら、レイドバックな House グルーヴも取り込んだソウルフルな仕上がりとなっている。”My Heroes”は華やかで温もりのある DJ Marky の人柄をそのまま映した様な作品であり、これからも彼がドラムンベース・シーンを駆け抜けて行く事を物語っている。

2002年 MARKY 初来日以来、06S とシンクロして早14年！リオのカルナヴァルで知られる打楽器奏者 KTa☆brasil (ケイタブラジル)による、ゴキゲンな”BRASIL PARTY!”を MIDDLE LOUNGE で開催！リオ五輪が開催される2016年の幕開けに日本を代表するブラジルの DJ たちが、大国ブラジルの多彩な祝祭音楽で盛り上げます。さらにケイタブラジルによる本場20年仕込みの打楽器もアリ。06S ならではの新たなエクスペリエンスで新時代のファンタジーとパッションを交歓しましょう！

With the 2016 Rapid BPM Drum and Bass Party 06S, we promise to continue the tradition of incredible performances this year!! In January, we will host DJ AKi’s Birthday Bash, who performs here every year! And as a guest artist, hero of Brazil DJ Marky from Innerground Records will be performing! DJ Marky, who has been performing primarily around Sao Paulo, Brazil for more than 20 years, is one of the foremost representatives of the world’s drum scene, as both a DJ and a producer. He has performed numerous concerts all over the world, and has had unceasing offers from many famous clubs and large festivals. His performances attract a wide variety of fans. Not only that, but his music has been recorded in compilation albums released by a variety of different labels, and these songs have been heavily played by the top DJs all around the world. Innerground Records, his own label, has been incredibly influential in the drum and bass scene for a long time, and he has personally produced more than 100 successful tracks. He also works with Everything but the girl, Fatboy Slim, Claude Von Stroke, and Deadmau5 for his remix works, and he remains firmly at the top of the music scene. In 2015, he finally released his debut album, “My Heroes”, from Innerground Records. In this highly anticipated album, there are several collaboration works recorded with artists for whom he holds great respect. And while has amazing drum and bass work, it is more of a soulful album with laid back house music. “My Heroes” is a work that shows his brilliant, heartwarming personality, and it speaks to the fact that he will continue to dominate the drum and bass scene.
